Make it yours

Upgrades and bespoke experiences

Q: Can our proposal be professionally filmed?

Yes, for eligible experiences. Our specialist aviation videographer and photographer captures the day from the air and on the ground.

Q: What will we receive from photography and film?

An edited highlight film, edited photographs, aerial and ground footage, and a combined cinematic film. Drone footage can be included where permitted.

Q: Will filming give away the surprise?

No. Filming is discreet, and Alexander and our aviation photographer coordinate closely so nothing feels out of place. A touch of acting may be used to keep the surprise intact.

Q: Is drone footage always possible?

Drone filming depends on aviation rules, local permissions and land-manager requirements, so it is included only where permitted.

Q: What is the figure-eight infinity flight path?

A personalised route flown in the shape of an infinity symbol. It can be viewed in compatible flight-tracking apps and included in your proposal film, though its appearance may vary between apps.

Q: Is the infinity flight path available everywhere?

It is offered on selected experiences and locations, and like every upgrade it is subject to weather, airspace, aircraft, safety, and pilot and operator approval.

Q: Can you create something that isn't in a package?

Yes. Bring us your idea, whether it is a specific destination, a meaningful date, private dining or a family celebration after landing, and we'll design the experience around it.

Q: Can I request a specific route or destination?

We're happy to discuss it. Final routes and landings are subject to the aircraft, weather, airspace, and pilot and operator approval.

Q: Can I bring flowers or decorations?

Items must be approved in advance, and loose or oversized items may be refused. Florals are often best placed at your reception or destination.

Q: How do I add an upgrade?

Simply raise it during your consultation. Your $150 consultation is fully credited toward your proposal, and upgrades are planned alongside your flight, timing and reception.

Cinematic photography and film, a flight path drawn in the shape of infinity, or an idea that is entirely your own. Every detail is coordinated alongside your flight, your surprise and your reception.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Proposing with Proposals by Plane was the best decision I could have made. The team (actual commercial pilots) everything with such professionalism and care, and the whole experience felt incredibly special from start to finish.

The flight itself was stunning, and the proposal moment was beyond anything I could have organised on my own. They thought of every detail, kept the surprise completely under wraps, and made my fiance and I feel like the only two people in the world up there.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve had the best experience with proposals by plane. Both the flight and service was as smooth as can be. You can tell they really care about what you want. They get into nitty gritty of it all so that you can sit back and enjoy the memorable moment with your partner
